- 英語の読み書き、会話ができる方。（主に社内において海外と使用）
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire a Senior Implementation Analyst - EPP (Enterprise Project Performance).
In this position, you are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or processes designed for the client’s purchased technology and/or business outcome solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our internal team and clients to manage initial access, map, and transfer of data.
- Create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned).
- Train or coordinate training for client.
- Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
- Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and SI teams for resolution.
- Provide feedback based on client experiences to internal teams for product and process improvements.
- Work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
- Work in conjunction with pre-sales in some activities.
