Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a motivated and professional Senior Implementation Consultant, EyeCAD to join our team in Japan that dedicates to EyeCAD, 3D CAD software for the engineering industry with a dominant market share in Japan.
Position Summary/Purpose
As part of the team of EyeCAD team in Japan, the Senior Implementation Consultant collaborates with the client in collecting requirements, conceptualizing, configuring, and implementing the EyeCAD software solution, while recommending best practices to achieve client process improvements and cost containment upon the deployment of the solution. This is a full-time position involving a mix of onsite travel to customer sites and working remotely.
Responsibilities
•Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users
•Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems
•Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution
•Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
•Works directly with clients on-site or provides project support remotely

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the EPC Sales Segment in Japan, field operations, developing and implementing field sales strategies, managing sales employees and ensuring the EPC Sales Segments achieve their sales targets while exceeding customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the development of Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence’s market share by the business development and sales team within the market of the business unit.
- Work with the Business Unit lead to ensure GTM solution packages are effective in delivering regional results

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire an Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will be based in Japan.
As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible to carry out accounting tasks of moderate complexity according to established procedures in areas such as financial reporting, intercompany accounting, general ledger, accounts receivable, customer billing, accounts payable, sales commissions, royalty accounting, fixed assets and tax returns. You will also make some decisions within established guidelines and require minimal supervision and assistance in routine tasks and detailed instructions in new tasks.
Responsibilities
Project Accounting
- Project Accounting Responsible for all aspects of project accounting
- Understands and communicates with service teams to recognize revenue correctly for complex Projects.
- The ability to advise service teams and sales on revenue and costs is desirable.
- Check project-related purchase orders, contracts, etc. and register orders correctly.
- Understand the accounting systems relevant to the project and be able or willing to solve problems independently in the future.
Sales and cost-related
- Checking quotations, purchase orders, acceptance inspection forms, invoices, etc. for billing and revenue recognition.

- Manage accounts receivable, unbilled accounts receivable and Aging management.

General Accounting

The selected candidate needs to excellent communicate in Japanese (Speak read and write); As the Solution Consultant specialising in Design/ Engineering, you will be responsible for providing technical and subject matter expertise for Hexagon Design/Engineering (2D & 3D) technologies and later to further expand into project delivery solutions in pre-sales engagements.
